Mobile app development for apps people keep, not just download.

Most phones are full of apps that were opened once and never again. Keeping users is what matters, and it has to be designed, not hoped for: value in the first minute, honest notifications and screens that are quick and easy to use. That is what sixteen years of product work have taught us to build.

In short

What does mobile app development include?

Mobile app development covers the design, building, testing and launch of applications for Android and iPhone, either natively or with a cross-platform framework such as Flutter or React Native, plus the back-end services, app store submission and post-launch updates that keep the app working and growing.

In India, Android carries about 94 per cent of mobile web traffic and iOS about 6 per cent (StatCounter, September 2026). Many of your users will be on mid-range Android phones with limited storage and patchy networks, so we build Android first, keep apps small and fast, and make sure they keep working when the signal drops.

Deliverables

What we deliver.

01 Android first Most of your users will be on Android, so we design, build and test for it first: mid-range phones, small storage, older Android versions and patchy networks. The same app then ships to iPhone users too.
02 Flutter and React Native One codebase for Android and iPhone at near-native quality, usually for much less than building the app twice. We pick Flutter or React Native based on your app and on who will look after it later.
03 Native when it matters Kotlin and Swift when platform depth matters: camera, sensors, background work, widgets.
04 Built for real phones and networks Small downloads, apps that open fast, offline mode where it helps and careful use of mobile data, tested on mid-range Android phones over slow networks, with English, Hindi and other Indian languages where your users need them.
05 Apps with intelligence On-device and cloud AI features: smart capture, personalisation and assistants inside the app. More and more, they are the reason an app wins its category.
06 Payments and sign-in UPI, cards and wallets for goods and services through Razorpay, Cashfree or PayU, OTP sign-in by SMS with DLT-registered templates, and WhatsApp updates, set up the way Indian users expect.
07 Store launch, handled Google Play and App Store submission, listing optimisation, review responses and the compliance paperwork nobody enjoys, including each store's current rules on payments for digital goods.
08 Accessible by default Screen reader support, dynamic text sizes and proper contrast from the first build, so the app works for everyone who downloads it.

Not sure it is the right fit? Ask an engineer first.

Thirty minutes with a senior engineer, free and with no obligation. Bring the problem, not a brief.

The build, briefly.

Discovery and user flows first, then a prototype of the core loop, then a working build on your phone every week, a closed beta with real users, launch and improvements based on how people actually use it. After launch, our SEO and performance marketing work brings in installs that turn into active users.

Apps for government.

We build citizen service, field inspection and event apps to the mobile app guidance in GIGW 3.0. They are hosted in India and ready for a security audit by a CERT-In empanelled auditor.

Pricing and questions

Frequently asked questions.

How is app development priced?

With a fixed, itemised quote in rupees after a discovery session, with any GST shown separately, paid in milestones as working builds arrive. Native builds for each platform cost more than one cross-platform codebase, so we show you both routes and the difference before you choose.

Flutter, React Native or native: which should we choose?

Flutter or React Native suits most business apps and covers Android and iPhone from one budget. Flutter is strong for custom designs that look the same everywhere; React Native suits teams that already use React on the web. Native wins when you need deep hardware access or top performance. We recommend one after discovery.

How long does it take to build an app?

A typical MVP takes 10 to 16 weeks from kick-off to app store submission, with a working build to try on your phone every week along the way. App store review adds a few days at the end, and the fixed quote sets out the full timeline.

Will the app work on budget phones and slow networks?

Yes, if it is built for them from the start. We keep the download small, cache what users need, handle dropped connections without losing their work and test on mid-range Android phones over slow networks before launch. App size and opening time are tracked at every release.

Do you update apps after launch?

Yes. Operating system updates, new features and growth improvements run under a straightforward monthly care plan or AMC, quoted in rupees with no long lock-in. If a store rejects an update, we fix it and resubmit, and the store accounts stay in your name throughout.
