AI automation for Indian businesses that gives your team its hours back.
Every business has work a machine should be doing: typing orders from WhatsApp into Excel and then again into Tally, keying in supplier bills, drafting the same replies, chasing the same approvals, building the same month-end reports. AI automation takes that work off your team, reliably, with a person signing off the decisions that matter.

What is AI automation?
AI automation combines workflow tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier and Power Automate with AI steps that read, sort and draft, to do routine business tasks that used to need a person: processing documents, sorting enquiries, moving data between systems and preparing replies. The best versions keep a person in control of the decisions that matter.
Most of this work sits between tools that do not talk to each other: a WhatsApp group, a shared Excel sheet, Tally, a CRM and the GST portal. A well-chosen first automation joins two or three of them, saves hours every week and shows you where the next one should go.
What we automate.
Not sure it is the right fit? Ask an engineer first.
Thirty minutes with a senior engineer, free and with no obligation. Bring the problem, not a brief.
Bills, GST and KYC, read for you.
How the work runs.
Safety checks as standard.
Every automation ships with an audit trail, permission limits, a fallback route and a clear way for a person to step in. Where a decision has a real effect on someone, such as a refund, a loan or a job application, a person makes the final call. Personal data is kept to the minimum, built to support your duties under the DPDP Act 2023, and our Data Processing Addendum is ready before any work starts.
For government offices too.
AI can read scanned applications and forms, check for missing documents and send files and grievances to the right desk. An officer approves anything that affects a citizen, and the data is kept in India.
Government and public sectorOften built alongside it.
Frequently asked questions.
How is an AI automation project priced?
With a fixed, itemised quote in rupees after the free automation audit, with any GST shown separately, paid in milestones. The audit puts a number on the hours each workflow would save, so you can weigh the cost against the return before you commit. The pilot is small on purpose, and you only scale what works.
Which tasks should we automate first?
High-volume, rule-heavy and measurable work. That is where the quickest return is, and those are the tests the audit uses to rank your tasks. The first pilot is usually something your team does every day and nobody enjoys, such as entering supplier bills or sorting incoming enquiries.
Can AI read our supplier bills into Tally?
Yes, in most cases. Bills that arrive as PDFs, photos or WhatsApp images are read and turned into draft entries in Tally Prime or Zoho Books for your team to approve. Accuracy depends on the quality of the bills, so the pilot measures it on your own bills first. Your CA stays your adviser on GST.
n8n, Make, Zapier or Power Automate: which should we use?
It depends on volume, budget and who will maintain it. Zapier is the quickest to start with, Make suits branching, multi-step logic, n8n can run on your own servers, including in an Indian cloud region, and Power Automate fits businesses already on Microsoft 365. We recommend one after the audit and build on all four.
Will AI automation replace our staff?
In our projects it replaces tasks, not people. Teams put the hours they get back into work that brings in revenue or looks after customers. We design each automation with the people who will use it, which is also why they keep using it afterwards.
Is our data safe with AI tools?
Yes, if it is built properly. We design every automation to support your duties under the DPDP Act 2023: the minimum data, access controls and AI providers whose business terms rule out training on your data. Where data must stay in India, we host it in Indian cloud regions, and every provider is named in your Data Processing Addendum.
