AI consulting for results, not experiments.

Most Indian businesses know they should be doing something with AI, and most are not sure what. Our AI consulting starts with a short readiness assessment that answers that in plain words: which of your tasks AI can do well, which tools to buy, what is worth building, what it would cost to run and what has to be in place first. Then we prove the best idea with a fixed-price pilot.

In short

What is AI consulting?

AI consulting is expert help to decide where artificial intelligence will save time or money in a business and how to adopt it safely. It usually covers a readiness assessment, a shortlist of uses, an AI policy and staff training, and often ends with a small pilot that proves the best idea before a bigger build.

Skills are the common gap: 59 per cent of the 200 organisations in an EY-CII survey say they lack skilled AI talent (EY-CII, November 2025). Your staff may already be using AI on their own, too: India has 10 crore weekly ChatGPT users (OpenAI, February 2026). A short, honest assessment turns scattered use into safe, measured use.

Deliverables

What we cover.

01 A readiness assessment We talk to the people doing the work, look at your tools and data, and check whether your systems and data are ready for AI and what needs fixing first. AI is only as good as the data it can reach.
02 A shortlist of uses The tasks AI could take on, ranked by hours saved, risk and how quickly each would pay back, with a clear call on each: use a tool you already pay for, build something custom or leave it for now.
03 An AI policy A short, practical policy: which tools staff may use, what must never be pasted into them, who checks AI output and how it all fits the DPDP Act 2023 and the India AI Governance Guidelines (MeitY, November 2025).
04 Safe roll-out of ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot or Claude Business accounts set up properly, data settings checked, access controlled and use measured, so the tools your team already likes are used safely.
05 Training for your team Hands-on sessions built around your own tasks, not generic demos, so staff know what to use AI for and when not to trust it.
06 A fixed-price AI pilot The best idea built as a small, working pilot on your real data, over a set number of weeks, for a fixed price agreed in writing, with success measures agreed before it starts.
07 A clear path to production If the pilot meets its targets, a written plan to take it live: security, monitoring, monthly running costs and who looks after it. If it does not, we say so and stop.

Process

How it runs.

01
Weeks 1 to 2
Assess and shortlist.
Conversations with the people who run the work, a look at your tools and data, and the questions that worry you most.
02
Week 3
Plan and decide.
The written findings, the policy, the training plan and a fixed quote for the pilot, walked through with your leadership team.
03
Afterwards
Pilot and prove it.
One use case built and tested on real work, measured against the targets you agreed, then a clear go or no-go on production.

Honest about the risks.

AI makes mistakes, and it makes them confidently. The assessment says plainly where AI should not be trusted with a decision, where a person must check its work and where the risk outweighs the saving. Where a decision has a real effect on someone, such as a loan, a refund or a job application, we flag it for a person to decide. We would rather tell you not to automate something than build you a liability.

Frequently asked questions.

What is an AI readiness assessment?

An AI readiness assessment is a short review of a business that finds where artificial intelligence can save time or money, checks whether the data and systems are ready for it, identifies the risks to manage and recommends which tools to buy or build first. It ends with a written, prioritised plan.

Do we need AI at all?

Perhaps not yet, and the assessment will say so. Some businesses get most of the benefit from tools they already pay for, such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Gemini in Google Workspace or a ChatGPT business account, used well. Others have one process where a custom build pays back quickly. The point is to find out before you spend.

Is it safe to let staff use ChatGPT?

It can be, with the right set-up. The main providers' business plans keep your data out of model training by default, but free personal accounts can work differently. The policy we write sets out which tools and settings are allowed, and what information must never be pasted in.

What is a fixed-price AI pilot?

A small, working version of one AI use case, built on your real data over a set number of weeks for a price agreed in writing. Success measures are agreed before it starts. At the end you get the results and a plan for production, or an honest recommendation to stop.

Can you train our staff to use AI?

Yes. Training is built around your own tasks and tools, in short practical sessions, and covers what AI is good at, where it goes wrong and how to check its work. It is part of the assessment or can be booked on its own.

How is AI consulting priced?

The assessment has a fixed, itemised quote in rupees, agreed in writing before it starts, with any GST shown separately. The pilot gets its own fixed quote once we know what it involves, paid in milestones. Anything larger is quoted separately, and you keep the findings, the policy and the plan whatever you decide.
