AI agents that do the work, and know when to ask.

An automation follows the steps you give it. An AI agent works out the steps itself: it reads the situation, decides what to do next, uses your tools to do it and checks the result. That makes agents useful for messy, multi-step work that a fixed workflow cannot handle, such as following up an overdue payment, preparing a quote from a WhatsApp message or sorting a support queue.

In short

What is an AI agent?

An AI agent is software built on a large language model that works towards a goal on its own: it plans the steps, uses tools such as your CRM, WhatsApp, inbox or accounting software to carry them out, checks the results and asks a person when it is unsure or when a decision needs approval.

Agents are also easy to get wrong. Worldwide, Gartner expects more than 40 per cent of agentic AI projects to be cancelled by the end of 2027 because of rising costs, unclear value or weak risk controls (Gartner, June 2025). So we build agents the careful way: one clear job, limited permissions, every action logged and a person signing off anything that matters.

Deliverables

What our agents do.

01 Back-office agents Payment follow-ups, invoice queries, supplier reminders and month-end preparation, working with Tally Prime or Zoho Books, with a person approving every payment, credit note and write-off.
02 Sales agents Research a new lead, draft the first reply on email or WhatsApp, offer times for a call and update the CRM, so no enquiry waits until Monday.
03 Support agents Read a ticket, find the order, propose the fix and either resolve it or pass it to the right person with the context attached.
04 Research and reporting agents Gather information from your systems and approved sources, compare it and write the summary, with every point linked back to where it came from.
05 Connected to your tools Agents reach your systems through their APIs and the Model Context Protocol (MCP), the open standard for connecting AI to business software, with read and write access granted separately.

Process

How we build an agent.

01
Week 1
One job, clearly defined.
We pick one task with a clear finish line, map how a person does it today and agree in writing what the agent may and may not do.
02
Pilot
Built and tested.
The agent is built against a safe copy of your real systems, then tested on past cases before it touches live work.
03
Live
Supervised, then trusted.
It goes live with a person approving its actions, and earns more independence only as the logs show it can be trusted.

Controls as standard.

Every agent we ship has limits on what it can read and change, a full log of what it did and why, spending limits, a fallback for when it is unsure and an off switch your team controls. Where an action has a real effect on someone, such as refusing a refund or a loan, a person makes the final call. Personal data is handled to support your duties under the DPDP Act 2023, and your lawyer stays your adviser on what the law needs from you.

Frequently asked questions.

What is the difference between an AI agent and automation?

Automation follows fixed steps you design, which makes it predictable and cheap to run. An agent decides its own steps, which handles messier work but needs more controls. Many good systems mix the two. Our AI Automation service covers the fixed-step workflows.

Can an AI agent make mistakes?

Yes, which is why ours work within limits. They can only use the tools and data you allow, every action is logged, and anything that matters waits for a person to approve it. We measure accuracy on past cases before launch and keep measuring afterwards.

Which systems can an agent work with?

Most business software with an API, including CRMs, help desks, email, calendars, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, WhatsApp through the WhatsApp Business Platform, and accounting software such as Tally Prime and Zoho Books. Where a system offers an MCP connection, we can use that too.

Is our data safe with an AI agent?

We use AI providers whose business terms rule out training on your data, give each agent the minimum access it needs and keep personal data out of prompts wherever we can. Where data must stay in India, we host it in Indian cloud regions. Every AI provider is named in your Data Processing Addendum before work starts.

How is an AI agent project priced?

With a fixed, itemised quote in rupees after a short discovery, with any GST shown separately, paid in milestones. It covers the build and the supervised pilot. Running costs, mainly AI model usage and hosting, are estimated up front and shown separately, and spending limits keep them under control.
