Government website, app and AI development: Websites, apps, AI and automation for public services, built to government standards from day one.
We build websites, citizen portals, mobile apps, chatbots in Indian languages, voice helplines and AI automation for ministries, departments, PSUs, municipal bodies, universities and autonomous institutions. Every build follows GIGW 3.0, is ready for STQC certification and a security audit by a CERT-In empanelled auditor, and keeps data hosted in India.

For citizens, officers and the public record.
Websites and software are the start. More and more of the work is AI and automation that answers citizens in their own language and takes routine file work off officers.
AI that helps officers, not one that decides for them.
Bhashini, the government's language platform, supports voice in 22 Indian languages and text in 36 (PIB, February 2026). That makes it practical for a department to answer citizens in their own language, on WhatsApp, the web or the phone.
We build AI for public services on a few fixed rules. A person makes every decision that affects a citizen. Every answer can be traced to an approved source. Data is hosted in India, on NIC or a MeitY-empanelled cloud, and any AI service is named in writing before work starts. Citizens are told when they are talking to AI, and AI-made images, audio and video are labelled, as the IT Rules have required since 20 February 2026. We follow the India AI Governance Guidelines that MeitY issued in November 2025.
We start with a small, measured pilot on one service, one language and one channel, and extend it only when the numbers and the officers say it works.
The standards, built in from the start.
Most tenders now put these in the vendor's scope. We plan them from the first week, so certification and audit are not a last-minute scramble.
Have an RFP, RFQ or a rough requirement? Talk it through with an engineer.
Thirty minutes with a senior engineer, free and with no obligation. Bring the problem, not a brief.
Whatever route your office uses.
Most government buyers use GeM, the Government e-Marketplace. Under the General Financial Rules, an office can buy directly up to ₹50,000, from the lowest of at least three sellers up to ₹10 lakh, and through a GeM bid above that.
Larger and custom work also comes through limited tenders, open tenders on the Central Public Procurement Portal and state portals, or through a system integrator. Software and portal projects are often judged on quality and cost together, not on price alone.
Tell us the route your office uses. We first confirm that we are eligible for it, then respond in the format your procurement needs, with a clear scope, timeline and price, and the documents the tender asks for.
What we will not claim.
We do not show a GeM seller registration, empanelment, certificate or government client on this site until it is real and we have permission to name it. STQC certifies websites, not agencies, and the safe-to-host certificate comes from a CERT-In empanelled auditor, not from us. AI assists officers; policy and decisions about citizens stay with the department.
Where to start.
Frequently asked questions.
Do you build government websites to GIGW 3.0?
Yes. GIGW 3.0, the Guidelines for Indian Government Websites and Apps, is our starting point for every public-sector site and app. It covers accessibility, bilingual content, security and how the site is run. We also follow the DBIM brand manual and test accessibility with screen readers before handover.
Can you get our website STQC certified?
STQC issues the certificate to your website, not to us, after its own evaluation. We prepare the site, the compliance statement and the evidence, support the evaluation and fix what it finds. The certificate is valid for three years with annual checks, which we plan for in the maintenance contract.
Who does the security audit before the site goes live?
A CERT-In empanelled auditor, as government sites need a safe-to-host certificate before hosting. You can choose the auditor, or we arrange one and include the cost in our price. We fix every finding, arrange the re-test and plan for repeat audits during maintenance.
Can a chatbot or helpline answer citizens in Indian languages?
Yes. We use Bhashini, the government's language platform, and commercial language models for translation, speech recognition and speech output. We test each language with real users before launch and say honestly if one is not ready. Answers come only from information the department has approved, and an officer can take over.
Is it safe to use AI in citizen services?
It can be, with the right limits. Our AI answers only from approved sources, tells people it is AI, logs every conversation and passes decisions to an officer. Data is hosted in India. We follow MeitY's India AI Governance Guidelines of November 2025 and start with a small pilot before any wider roll-out.
Where will the data be hosted?
In India, on NIC infrastructure or a MeitY-empanelled cloud, as government projects require. System logs are kept for 180 days in India, as the CERT-In Directions ask. Any AI service used is named in writing before work starts, and personal data is kept out of it wherever possible.
How can our office buy from you?
Tell us the route your rules require: GeM, a limited tender, an open tender on the Central Public Procurement Portal or a state portal, or a system integrator's team. We confirm in writing that we are eligible for that route before you plan around it, then respond in that format, with a clear scope, timeline and price.
Who owns the code and the accounts?
The department. We set up domains, hosting and cloud accounts in the department's name from day one. Source code, documentation and all credentials are handed over with a handover pack, so the service never depends on one vendor. Tenders usually say the same, and we agree with it.
